改善染色尼龙66的湿牢度和抗沾污性的研究

摘要 用酸性染料染色后的尼龙66样品置于试验主染色机中,用合成丹宁进行后处理,浴比:1:20。合成丹宁的用量为2%(o.w.f),用醋酸调节pH至3.5~4。处理浴比的温度为40℃,然后升温至80℃,保温30分钟。测色结果显示:经处理后的染色尼龙66明显改善了其湿处理牢度和强物的沾色性能。 Nylon 66 samples dyed with acid dyes were aftertreated with 2% (o.w.f.) tannin in the main dyeing bath at a liquor ratio of 1:20, with pH adjusted to 3.5-4.0 using acetic acid. The initial temperature was 40℃, then it was raised to 80ias and held for 30 min. Treatment of Nylon 66 in this way obviously improved wet fastness and resistance to soiling.
