摘要
为确定某型玻璃钢制火箭炮定向器的细节应力,并确定质量试验中的快速充压值,计算了火箭弹发射过程中的载荷,包括火箭弹定心部动载、燃气流冲击力、导转侧力等。基于工程实际,简化折算玻璃钢特性,进行了二维和三维有限元建模、应力分析和强度校核;给出了试验压力指标。该文工作可为该型武器系统的生产、维护提供指导。
In order to ascertain the stresses of the rocket launcher barrel tube made from glass fiber reinforced plastic (GFRP) and the pressure value exerted rapidly during the quality testing, the author calculates the load in the process of rocket launching, including the dynamic load, gas-fired impulsive force, and leading-rotation force, etc. The characteristics of glass fiber reinforced plastic is converted and simplified based on the engineering practice. The 2D and 3D finite element models are built, the stresses are analyzed, the strength is proofreaded, and the testing pressure value is given. The research can serve as a guide for the practicing and maintenance of this weapon system.
