摘要
该文在分析杆式弹丸垂直侵彻陶瓷/Kevlar复合材料靶板破坏过程的基础上,利用能量守恒建立了杆式弹垂直侵彻陶瓷/复合材料靶板抗弹性能的理论分析模型,给出了此类复合靶板弹道性能υ_(50)的预测公式,讨论了陶瓷和Kevlar板厚度对抗弹性能的影响,并通过实验加以验证;分析了弹丸长径比对靶板侵彻能力的影响。实验和计算结果表明,此模型可以较好地分析此类靶板的抗弹性能。
Based on the analysis of the damage process in rod penetrators normal impacting ceramic/Kevlar armor, the normal impact effect analytical model of ceramic/Kevlar armor has been built by using energy conservation, and the v50 predictive formula is given. It discusses the influence of the ceramic and Kevlar thickness on anti-impact performance, and verifies the results with experiments. The influence of the ratio of length to diameter on penetration is analyzed. Both experiment and calculation results show that the model can analyze the defensible performance of this kind of amour effectively.
