摘要
通过对新版DXF文件结构及2维零件几何结构特征的分析,研究了从DXF文件的获取2维零件图形数据的方法; 采用封闭环及树形线性表, 提出了一种存储复杂2维零件几何特征的数据结构,可从复杂的DXF文件中识别分离2维机构特征;依据2维板材切割加工的工艺特点,给出了2维结构件切割下料的数控前后置处理与实现方法。本文方法对于各种类型的切割下料及其辅助工艺有参考价值。
An investigation on the method of reading structure data of sheet parts from DXF file isperformed through a deep analysis on the geometric traits of sheet parts and structurefeature of newly-published DXF file; using close loops and linear-tree-tables, a datastructure available for recognizing and separating sheet features is constructed to savegeometric data of complex sheet parts; approaches to pre-process and post-process ofNC machining the read parts are also illustrated according to the process feature ofsheet parts. The methods in this paper are worthy of sheet metal cutting and relatedprocesses.
