This article introduces the structure of the rigidity airproof valve and some difficulty to machine it.In allusion to the difficulty to machine it,we adopted reasonable method and made the especial manufacturing equipment.Finally we finished the big butterfly valve and made it to be a true rigidity airproof valve.
