摘要
分析了振镜矢量扫描系统的拐角轮廓误差,采用扫描矢量间进行自适应延时的方法来保证轮廓精度和扫描效率。研究了拐角误差与延时量、扫描速度、矢量间的夹角、系统动态参数之间的关系,给出了延时量的计算方法。实验验证了算法的正确性。
The corner contouring errors of a galvano-metric scanner system are analysed. Adaptive delays areinserted between the successive vectors to assure the con-touring accuracy and the scanning efficiency. The relation-ship among the corner contouring errors, the delay val-ues, the scanning speeds, angle between the vectors of ascanning path and system dynamic parameters is studied,the algorithm to calculate the optimized delay value isproposed. Some experiments are presented to validate thealgorithm proposed in this paper.
