摘要
提出以许用挠曲率为刚度条件,以校核刚度为主要计算方法,对受弯扭作用的螺旋输送机螺旋轴进行轴径和跨度的系列化设计;研究了根据挠曲率进行疲劳寿命预测,列出尺寸表供设计时选用;研究了螺旋轴折断的原因。研究结果适于工程应用。
With allowing deflection curvature as stiff-ness condition and adjusting firmness as main calculatingmethod, the paper discusses seriation and fatigue life'sforecast of screw axis's shaft diameter and span in screwconveyer with bending. Dimension table is given to findout the reasons of screw axis's shaft breakage when it isdesigned. Under different conditions the major task is tomodify datum to match with the fact based on the valuseof symmetrical load collection. Compared with themethod of adjusting screw axis with intensity, this onepredigests calculation and fits to engineering applications.
