摘要
基于ANSYS提供的FEM法,按接触非线性对大型整体壁板挤压用组合式扁挤压筒在未工作(仅受预紧作用)和工作(工作压力与预紧力综合作用)两种状态下分别进行计算,得出其变形及应力分布的一般规律,分析结果与用弹性力学基本公式及复变函数保角映射关系计算所得的解析解结果吻合,从而为组合凹模的结构优化和扁挤压筒的设计提供了技术支持。
In this paper, using the contact elementbased on FEM of ANSYS, multi--layer flat extrusioncontainer was analyzed in two different conditions respec-tively. One was under the fittting pressure merely, andthe other was under the fitting and working pressure si-multaneously. The corresponding regularities of deforma-tion and stress distribution were derived. The resultswere coincident with the theoretical results, which wouldgive the technology support to the structure optimizationof multi--layer mould and the design of flat extrusioncontainer.
