摘要
介绍了直动往复泵 (液压往复柱塞泵和气压往复活塞泵 )的两种新颖的自动换向机构 :一种是为液压泵设计的液控自动换向机构 ,该机构通过控制作用阀芯两端的控制油路 ,靠阀芯两端的面积差和压力差使阀芯换向 ;另一种是为气压泵设计的机动自动换向机构 ,该机构是利用渐开线 (零度压力角 )凸轮机构作为换向机构。
Two kind of novel automatic reversing mechanisms of serial reciprocating pumps (hydraulic displacement pump and donkey pump) are analyzed: one is an automatic reversing mechanism of hydraulic control designed for hydraulic pumps, which can control the oil paths of both ends of application valve mechanism and make the valve mechanism invert based on the difference of the area and the pressure of its two ends; The other is a mechanical automatic reversing mechanism designed for atmospheric pumps, which adopts involute (zero pressure angle)cam mechanism as reversing mechanism. These two kind of automatic reversing mechanisms specially apply to the occasions that have the requirement of explosion proof.
