摘要
本文从软件产品的失效规律入手提出了其可靠性评估的WD模型及其参数估值方法.从NTDS软件出错数据统计为例的分析结果看,WD模型的参数估值性能优于J-M模型和NHPP模型.最后还提出了一种参数估值准确性的判定准则.
According to the decreasing failure rate reliability model of softwareproduction, a new software reliability model-Weibull Distribution (WD) model is proposed, and a method for estimating its parameters is provided in this paper. Using software failure statistical data of NTDS system, the paper compares the parameter estimation results of the WD model with those of J-M model and NHPP model. At last, the validity of parameter estimation is discussed.
