摘要
Gly\| L His L Lys(GHK) was synthesized by liquid\|phase method. The HPLC analysis indicated that the proteolysis of GHK was initiated at the N terminal in liver homogenate. The result suggested that GHK was rapidly degraded by aminopeptidases in liver.
