香蕉果实采后及贮藏生理研究进展

Advances of research on postharvest and storage physiology of banana fruit

香蕉是一种典型的呼吸跃变型热带水果 ,不耐贮运 .本文分别从果实品质变化、呼吸强度与乙烯变化关系、活性氧代谢、多胺代谢、乙烯拮抗剂处理、热激处理、逆境和其它采后处理等方面 ,综述了国内外近年来对香蕉果实采后及贮藏生理的研究新进展 .

Being a tropical fruit, banana is a typical climacteric fruit and has poor storage characteristics. The researches on banana postharvest and storage physiology in recent years are summarized in this paper. The systematic analysis of respiratory,ethylene,fruit quality,active oxygen,polyamines,anti-ethylene,heat-shock,stress and other factors regarded to banana are carried out respectively.
