This paper brings forward a family of newly designed hi-current and hi-voltage DC switches with over-current and over-temperature protection. The paper describes the principles of each part of the switches, explains the key techniques to the design, lists out the important parameters of the key components, gives the test results, analyses the features of the switches, tells the advantages in design and the usage of the switches.
