摘要
本文描述了智能刺绣编程系统IEPS的设计原理和实现技术。系统把人工智能和图像处理等技术用于传统的刺绣生产,采用平板扫描仪自动地输入刺绣图案,并解决了自动编针,实现了图案输入、处理、编针、优化和生成刺绣样板的一体化.文中介绍了系统的总体结构,图像处理系统以及编针和优化等实现技术.
IEPS is a computer based embroidery programming system. It applies techniques of image processing to fraditional embroidery production. It uses scanner to input embroidery design and programs automatically. So the design input, image processing, embroidering, optimization and embroidery patterns generation are realized organically. This paper describes its architecture, image preprocessing subsystem, embroidering and optimization.
