It is necessary to develop and manufacture a new type of sport measurement device which can measure the grade of shot, discus,javelin,softball,grenade,long jump, triple jump,etc. The device can substitute the traditional measure and is easy to popularize because of its simple structure. The advantages of this device are accurate measurement, small error, available operation, and saving of labor and time.
