通过分析促进就业与"三个代表"重要思想的内在的本质的关系,指出了就业问题是人民群众、现代化建设和社会稳定迫切要求解决的重大问题,阐明了促进就业是实践"三个代表"的重大国策的正确性,提出了努力实践"三个代表"、促进就业的积极对策和措施。

This paper analyzes the intrinsic relationships between employment and the thought of Three Represents.Employment is an urgent issue concerning the life of the people, and the construction of the modernizations,and the stability of the society.Therefore,this paper expounds that it is an important policy of the state to promote employment,and we should make great efforts to practise the thought of Three Represents,and take active measures to solve the issue of employment.
