摘要
我国西部地区很多高师院校聘请VSO教师,对促进学校的英语教学起到了很大的作用。但是目前在管理上存在一些问题,应该通过:建立健全机构,强化制度管理;明确聘请目的,严格教学管理;密切联系VSO组织,加强合作管理;关心爱护VSO教师,注重情感管理等四个方面,加强与VSO组织及VSO教师的合作与沟通,充分调动和发挥VSO教师的积极性,提高聘用VSO教师的效益。
Many teachers' colleges and universities in China's western regions have employed VSO teachers,who have been playing an important role in the teaching of English.However, there are some problems in the management,which need to be solved by establishing an organizational framework,by clearly defining the purpose of employment to enforce the discipline,by maintaining close links with VSO to achieve cooperation and by ensuring the welfare of voluntecrs to improve personal understanding.These can lead to a greater benefit from the employment of the VSO teachers.
