摘要
用普通紫外灯作激发光源,以肉眼作直接观察是人们长期以来研究蚕茧荧光色的主要手段。虽然这种方法方便而迅速,但因裸眼的判断较为粗糙甚至因人而异,结果难以比较。藤本等(1960)利用分配层析对茧的色素进行了研究,得到几种荧光性物质,但这种研究法必须使荧光性物质脱离原来的状态进入新的环境,且用常规浸提法也很难得到一粒茧的全部荧光物质,使其在反映茧荧光真实情况上亦存在局限。周志康、伍永瑜等(1987)测定了家蚕茧的激光荧光光谱,对光谱的有关参数和遗传特征进行了初步分析。本文进一步对家蚕激光荧光光谱进行了研究,报道于后。
Using laser as the activated light source, the anlysis of the cocoon fluorescent spectrum was carried out, and the results are as follows:
1 ) According to the different wave length of the fluorescent radiation peak,three principal patterns of fluorscent spectrum can be recongnized, and each pattern can further with regards to the shape be divided into single-peaked spectrum, spectrum with single but wid; peak, step-peaked spectrum and spectrum with multiple peaks.
2 ) The fluorescent spectrum of the same silkworm variety shows the same pattern, the individuals within the same variety display difference only in their spectrum shape.
3 ) If the crossing is made between the varieties of the different fluorescent spectrum pattern, the segregation can be observed.
4) The fluorescent spectrum has certain relations with fluorescent hue of the cocoon.
