建筑物局部倒塌后结构受损鉴定与分析处理

Analysis and Appraisal of Building after Collapsed Part Element

由于多种原因,建筑物的倒塌事故时有发生,如何对受损结构进行鉴定、加固是一个非常棘手的问题.针对这一情况,本文结合一具体建筑物局部倒塌事例,从理论的高度指出,之所以酿成事故主要是由于设计、施工和使用等三方面原因造成.根据这一论点,运用先进的检测方法对该事例进行了鉴定、分析,总结出一套切实可行的加固工作的程序.同时针对梁、板、柱及砌体不同的损害情况分别采取了焊接补筋加固法、外包钢加固法、底部粘钢法以及增设钢筋网面层等补强方法,使受损结构的使用功能得以快速有效的恢复.

Because of many causes, the building collapsing accidents often happen, then how to appraise the damaged structure and how to reinforce it are a very thoery problem. According to the situation, with a concrete accident of a building's partly collapse,three aspects of the causes from theory were presented:design, construction and using. From this argument, by using advanced detecting methods,the appraisal and analysis of the accidents were made.A set of practical reinforced precedure was summarized. And at the same time, according to the different damaged degrees to the roof beam, the plank, the pillar and the laying parts, the reinforced methods are adopted that are welding and adding reinforcing bars, adding reinforcing bars from the outer, welding the reinforcing bars at the bottom and adding the reinforcing bars net separately, which rehabilitate the using functions of the damaged structure fast and effectively. 
