Analysis on Establishment and Utility of the Index System of Financial Innovation and Financial Upgrade

从金融产业升级的视角,探讨了金融业的经营观念、组织体系、调控手段、金融工具、清算支付等金融创新的指标体系及其指标的计算公式;从生产要素,投入产出,边际效用等,运用单因数方法,对评价金融产业升级建立了效用分析模型,使指标考核与效用评价有机结合在一起,并为金融产业升级提供了可供借鉴的努力方向.

From the view of financial Upgrade,the Index system and formula of financial innovation on operating concept,organizing system,management measures, financial instruments,clearing and payment,etc. were discussed.The Utility Anaysis Models on factors of production,input and output,marginal Utility,were established for evaluation of financial upgrade by applying single factor method,which integrates index assessment with utility evaluation and provides reference basis and Upgrading directions.
