摘要
在分析影响民营企业人力资源管理模式再造的制约因素基础上 ,试图以再造的理论来探讨民营企业的人力资源管理 。
This paper provides an analysis on the constraint factors affecting the human resource management reengineering in the non state owned Enterprises,based on which it discusses the reengineering theory applying to the human resource management reengineering in the non state owned Enterprises,and proposes some specific strategic measures according to the particular characters of the non state owned Enterprises.
