Rotating Transition of Coordinate in Designing Cam Contour Line

采用计算机绘制和数控机床加工凸轮廓线时,都要输入直角坐标值。论述了坐标旋转变换在凸轮廓线设计中的应用,对几种常见凸轮廓线的设计举例说明,并给出了明确的直角坐标表达形式。用这种方法可以方便地求出凸轮廓线的直角坐标,为凸轮的设计和制造提供了一种简捷可行的新方法。

Rectangular coordinate must be input when we use computer to draw cam contour line or use numerically controlled machine to process it.This paper deals with application of coordinate rotating transition in design cam contour line and gives some designing examples and its rectangular coordinate expression .In this way ,it's convenient to achieve rectangular coordinate of cam contour line and provide a new simple practilal method to its design and manufacture.
