我国西部银行业治理结构的研究

Research of management structure of Chinese western banking

随着中国加入世贸组织 ,五年内将取消对外资银行的一切限制 ,外资银行那种前台以客户服务为中心的客户经理制配以后台高效运作、部门间相互有效配合的管理模式以及全方位的金融服务理念 ,将给转制中尚处于粗放型的西部商业银行传统管理机制带来挑战。本文从治理结构的涵义分析界定入手 ,运用相关理论 ,提出西部国有商业银行的治理建议。

After joining and WTO,all restricts to foreign capital bank will be removed in five years in China.Foreign capital banks,which base on the customer manager system centering on the downstage custom service,added by the managing mode of effective upstage operation and section cooperation as well as the whole financial service conception,will challenge the traditional,extensive western commercial bank managing mechanism undergoing system change.This paper starts with the definition and analysis of management structure,adopts the interrelated theory,and proposes some suggestions for managing western national commercial banks.
