摘要
当前各高校扩大规模,争升办学层次。因为工业经济时代的一体化"大而全""小而全"的习惯思维方式和观念的影响,于是,一些"大而全"、"小而全"的学校不断出现,它们忽视现实条件与办学能力,忽视资源的优化配置与高效运转,纷纷争取多开专业,并争取高学位授予资格,直接导致宏观社会和微观学校教育资源的低效运转与浪费,也影响教学质量。这许多问题集中地表现在高校学科建设上。高校学科建设的经济属性为虚拟化管理原理的应用提供了理论依据,虚拟化的组织思路可有效地解决教育资源低效运转与浪费的问题,达到提高学校核心竞争力与综合办学实力的内涵要求,实现微观学校教学、科研资源和宏观社会教育资源的优化配置及高效运转的目标。
Nowadays, all colleges and universities expand their scales, and strive for the promotion of administrative levels of running schools. Because of the influence of integration in industrial economy era, as well as the influence of modes and concept of habitual thought of 'big and all-inclusive projects'or 'small and all-inclusive projects',a number of colleges and universities with such character appeared. They neglect realistic qualification and capability of running schools, ignore the optimize configuration and high efficient operation of resource; they try to start new specialty and the qualification of awarding the high degrees. All these lead to low-efficient operation and waste of macroscopic society and microscopic educational resource directly, as well as the low quality of teaching. All these problems manifest themselves in the discipline. Economic attribution of discipline construction in colleges and universities provide theoretical application of virtual administration principle, and virtue organizing thought could solve the low-efficient operation and waste of educationl resource effectively as as to, achieve the connotative requirement to improve the competitive force and comprehensive strength of schools. The goal could be realize the goal of microcosmic school teaching, scientific research resource and optimize configuration as well as high-efficient operation of macrocosmic social educational resource.
