摘要
中华人民共和国成立以来的历部宪法都对中国共产党领导的多党合作制度作出了规定,表明多党合作制度是我国重要的宪政制度之一。其宪政意义在于:体现了人民主权的宪法原则,增强了民主监督的效能,丰富了民主政治的内涵。在提倡政治文明的今天,有必要继续完善多党合作制度。
Since the founding of the People's Republic of China,its several constitutions stipulate the system of multiparty cooperation under the leadership of the Communist Party,which shows this system is one of the most important constitutionalism consists in embodying the constitutional principles of the people's sovereignty, strengthening the effectiveness of the democratic supervision and enriching the content of the democratic politics.It is necessary to better fatherly the system of multi-party cooperation while the political civilization is promoted.
