近几年来对落实与扩大高等学校办学自主权的研究方兴未艾,确立政府对高校该不该管、管什么、如何管的新视角,通过对我国高等学校办学自主权的现状分析,提出了落实与扩大高校办学自主权的对策。

In recent years,the studies on the implementation and expansion of autonomous management of universities are in full swing. From the new perpective whether,what and how the government should administer the universities,and through the analysis of the present situation of the autonomous management of universities in our country,the countermeasures are proposed in this paper.
