摘要
21世纪是关注人的“全面发展”的世纪 ,重视情商理论、情商教育自然成为新世纪教育发展的必然趋势之一。在高等院校情商教育尚处于起步、探索阶段 ,选择“赏识”作为切入点 ,可以使大学生多种情商能力得到综合锻炼 ,也较易收到明显实效 ,从而促使大学生思维方式、行为方式的改善 ,帮助大学生健康成长。
The 21st century is one that is concerned about the 'overall development' of people, so it is natural that people pay great attention to the study of emotional intelligence and its education. When emotional intelligence education is at the initial stage of exploration, the selection of 'appreciation' as the starting point can promote the comprehensive development of the students' emotional intelligence and achieve actual effect, thus improving the students' mode of thinking and behavior and helping them grow healthily.
