摘要
介绍了开发轮对检测系统的传感器选择和使用,重点分析了光栅和电涡流用于几个关键参数的测量和传感器的控制技术。使用数值插值得到轮廓曲线,应用图像直方图和梯度分割方法寻找车轮踏面的擦伤和剥离区域。另外还介绍了用C 语言和MATLAB实现的软件的特点。
The selection and use of sensors in t he automatic measuring system for train wheel are introduced.Many new mcasuring and control ways of important parameters of train wheel using the grating sensor and electric vortex sensors are analyzed.Wheel surface is formed with the data interpolation.The image histogram and gradient division technology are used to f ind the scrape and exfoliation area of train wheel.It also introduced the featur es of measuring software implemented with C and MATLAB.
