Application of a digital temperature sensor in the cold terminal compensation of thermocouple

介绍了热电偶冷端补偿的原理和方法以及DS18B20数字式温度传感器的工作原理和特点,提出了用DS18B20实现热电偶冷端补偿的方法,解决了传统热电偶冷端温度补偿的型号匹配,提高了测量准确度,简化了补偿电路。

The principle and method of the cold terminal compe ns ation of thermocouple is introduced.Basing on the principle and characteristic o f DS18B20 digital temperature sensor,the method of the cold terminal compensatio n of thermocouple using DS18B20 is proposed.It solves the traditional problem of type match,meanwhile it improves the measurement accuracy and simplifies the co mpensation circuit.Key words:?digital tempera ture sensor; thermocouple; cold terminal compensation 
