入世对我国经济发展形成了较大的影响。该文提出了我国入世后利用外资出现的新方式及新趋势 ,分析了出现新情况的原因 ,指出在投资增长快、方式多的形势下 ,要正确引导外资投向为我国经济发展的目标服务。

China′s economy has been greatly influenced since China entered the WTO one year ago. The paper discusses the new situation, and points out that we should have proper leading of foreign capital investment orientation when foreign capital increases fast and invests broadly.
