含蓖麻油的水性聚氨酯乳液的稳定性和膜的耐水性研究 被引量:12

摘要 以蓖麻油与聚醚(N210,Mn=1000)、甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI)为主要原料,以二乙烯三胺(DET)、环氧氯丙烷(ECP)、马来酸酐(MAH)等为亲水单体,通过丙酮法制得了稳定的含蓖麻油的水性聚氨酯.研究了亲水单体含量对水性聚氨酯的粘度、稳定性、乳液成膜的干燥时间以及漆膜的耐水性的影响.结果表明,当亲水单体含量为12%~24%时,可以显著地提高聚氨酯漆膜的耐水性. In this paper, a kind of waterborne polyurethane containing castor oil (WPUC) was synthesized, polyether glycol (N210,Mn=1000) and toluene diisocyanate (TDI) used as primary materials, diethylene triamine, epoxy chloropropane (ECP) and maleic anhydride (MAH) as hydrophilic monomers, by acetone process. Effects of the amount of hydrophilic monomers on stability of emulsion and waterresistance of the film was studied for waterborne polyurethane. The result shows the stability of emulsion and waterresistance of the film increase greatly when the amount of hydrophilic monomers is about 12%~24%.
