天蚕核多角体病毒研究初报 Ⅰ.病毒的分离及其生物测定

摘要 天蚕(Antheraea yamamai)丝黄绿色,质地轻柔,结实耐用,故有“金丝”之称。 本省柞林资源丰富,气候适合天蚕繁育,尤以东宁、穆棱、宁安、牡丹江、鸡西、密山等地为多。近30年来,随着天蚕生存环境变化,特别是由于病害的影响,天蚕资源有急剧减少之趋势。本文仅就天蚕核多角体病毒分离及其生物活性测定初报如下。 Nuclear polyhedrosis virus suspension was prepared from Japanese tussah silkworm, Antheraea yamemoi with the typical polyhedrosis virus infection and its biological activity had been determined. Infection test showed that median lethal dose (LD50) was 2.565×105. Scanning electron microscopy observation showed that polyhedra presented three different forms containing triangular poly hedron,tetragonal polyhedron and irregular form,with diameters ranging from 0.5 to 2.5 μ.m. Transmission electron microscopy observation indicated that virus particles were bacillar with the length ranging in 50×270-300nm and had a short protrusion at each end.
