摘要
采用改进包装、辐照、保鲜剂预处理和贮藏条件控制等单项保鲜技术共同构成的板栗综合保鲜技术 ,可使板栗安全贮藏的货架期达到 1 1个月 ,其好果率达 97 5% ,失水率达 3 8% ,且不生虫 ,不发芽 ,食用品质良好。
Chinese chestnut can be preserved for a long time by using a comprehensive preserving technique, which consists of casing, irradiating, treating with preserving agent and controling environment conditions. The shelftime of the treated chestnets reaches 11 monthes keeping no insects, no germination and good quility for eating with the good fruit ratio of 97\^5% and water losing ratio of 3\^8%.
