三度空间护理模型在髋关节置换术后康复护理中的应用

Application of Three-dimensional Nursing Model in Postoperative Rehabilitation Nursing for Paitents Undergoing To-tal Hip Arthroplasty

目的 探讨三度空间护理模型(下称模型)在人工全髋关节置换术后康复护理中的应用效果。方法 将人工全髋关节置换术后病人的髋关节功能状况按康复程度分为四个层次,依层次施以不同的康复锻炼方法,于术后6个月进行置换髋关节疗效评估。结果 观察组Harris髋关节评分92.7±6.5,优良率93.3％,与对照组(常规康复护理)比较(P<0.05),差异有显著性意义。结论 模型的应用,使我们科学地制定出置换髋功能恢复层次,并通过按层次施以不同的康复锻炼方法,获得满意的康复护理效果,提高了疗效。

Objective To investigate the effect of three-dimensional nursing model applied in rehabilitation nursing. Methods The recipients of the total hip joint replacement were divided into 4 groups accroding to their hip joint function and subjected to different rehabilitation exercises. The results 6 months after operation were evaluated. Results According to Harris hip joint score, the score of the function of the replaced hip joints in the observation group reached up to a average of 92. 7±6. 5 and the rate of good results was 93. 3% , significantly different from those in the control group. Conclusion Satisfactory results are achieved by the application of the three-dimensional model for patients undergoing total hip arthroplasty which is helpful to give different nursing regimens.
