KAI1/CD82与肺癌的转移 被引量:1

摘要 KAI1/CD82是最近发现的一个肿瘤转移抑制基因 ,其基因产物CD82属于转膜 4超家族成员 ,在细胞的聚集、黏附、运动中起重要作用。它的正常表达能抑制肿瘤的转移能力 ,而对原发肿瘤的生长没有影响。对非小细胞肺癌的研究发现 ,KAI1/CD82表达提示患者预后良好。
