无砂砼桩在高速公路地基处理中的应用

The Application of Treating Technique of Soft Subgrade with Non-Sand Concrete Pile in the Freeway

无砂砼桩是利用级配碎石和少量水泥 ,加水拌和制成的具有一定粘结强度的桩。它是在碎石桩基础上发展而来、类似 CFG桩的一种新开发的地基处理技术 ,近年来开始运用于高速公路软基处理中。结合湖北省襄十高速公路汉十、襄荆连接线项目上运用无砂桩的工程实践 ,介绍无砂桩的设计。

Non-sand concrete pile is a kind of rigid pile with some adhesion strength.It′s composed of graded broken stone,a little cement,which are mixed together with some water.This method is a new foundation treatment approach like CFG pile,and it is developed from pure broken stone pile.Recently,it is also applied to the treatment of soft subgrade in highway construction.In this paper,authors introduce you the whole design, construction, testing procedure of non-sand concrete pile.
