摘要
本研究目的是在我国引进并验证这一新理论在中国环境下的有效性 .该项研究是在对企业高层领导进行访谈和问卷调查、并对访谈内容进行编码和量化处理基础上完成的 .实证研究结果表明 ,团队成员角色的明确、智力开发与魅力型领导与团队的有效性存在正向相关关系 .同时 ,领导者的职业成长历程、受教育程度和企业所处环境竞争激烈程度 ,对于这些相关关系的强弱有调节作用 .
This research is carried out based upon questionnaire investigation, interview transcription coding and quantitative analysis. Our initial findings show that perceived charismatic leadership attributes and behaviors, including visionary, inspiration and integrity, are significantly correlated with direct subordinates' commitment, satisfaction and motivation; perceived leadership role clarification, intellectual stimulation, and charismatic behaviors significantly correlated with team effectiveness. We also found that the leaders' career paths, educational level and motive profiles moderate the relationship between perceived leadership attributes/behaviors and the outcomes. The environmental competitiveness also moderates the relationship.
