摘要
为分析退货策略对供应链的协调机制 ,借助标准报摊模型 ,建立了制造商和零售商以各自利润最大化为目的 Stackelberg博弈 .采用数值方法 ,对这个博弈进行了求解 .结果表明 ,与批发价策略相比 ,制造商采用退货策略可有效地鼓励零售商采用激进的库存和售价策略 ,使得制造商和零售商获得“双赢”目的 ,从而有效地协调供应链系统 .
To coordinate the supply chains, like textbooks, CD, fashions etc. single-period goods, the manufacturer often commits to buy-back unsold goods in order to encourage retailers to stock and price items more aggressively. To examine this operational policy, the standard newsstand model is used to build a Stackelberg game between the manufacturer and the retailer. Then the numerical method is used to resolve the problem. An initial study conducted in this paper shows that the returns polices can obtain a 'win-win' effect between the manufacturer and the retailer, and so effectively coordinate the performance of the supply chain system.
