摘要
综合研究一类系统的检测策略和故障诊断问题 .假定系统有 3种运行状态 :正常、异常和故障 .系统开始工作后 ,每隔一段随机时间对它检测一次 ,以便判定它是正常还是异常 .检测结果有可能出现错误 .系统处于正常和异常状态的时间分别服从参数不同的指数分布 ,系统的修理时间是连续型随机变量 ,检测间隔时间为任意随机变量 .利用概率分析、补充变量和最优化方法 ,求出了系统基于可靠性的最优诊断参数临界值和最优检测周期 .
This paper considers the trouble diagnosis and check policy for a system with random check. The system has 3 modes-normal, abnormal and failure. When the system is operating, it is checked once every random time period T to know whether it is in normal or abnormal. The system-checking can bring about wrong conclusions. The failure time of the system is negatively exponential when it is in normal or abnormal, whereas repair time distribution and the distribution of T are continuous and general respectively. The reliability indices, optimal diagnostic critical value and optimal check cycle are derived by using the probability analysis, the supplementary variable technique and an optimization method.
