摘要 分析了常规的地形图纸的校正方法 ,以及常用的图纸校正所使用的软件所存在问题 ,提出采用基于数学形态学的自动配准方案 .该方法主要是采用击中击不中 (hit- or- missing)变换 ,对于扫描图纸进行特征点提取 ,然后和模板上的相应点进行匹配 ,从而可以完成扫描地形图的自动纠正工作 。 The paper analysis common terrain map rectify method and software problems ,proposed an new automatic rectify method based on mathmetical morphology. The method use hit or missing theory ,determine terrain map neatline and lattice points , and finding correspondence points in template. Using lease Mean Square Error Method calculate transform coefficient. And then finish the terrain map rectification.
