摘要 逐层切削扫描测量法是一种可获得零件内外腔数据且比较实用的测量方法 .本文重点介绍了采用该法实现的逆向工程系统中特征识别、三维重构各模块的实现 .特别是在特征识别过程中对于二维数字曲线的分段及重构提出了新的算法 . CGI measurement could sense the information of exterior and interior of the parts contour. The measurement is praticle and effective. This paper introduces emphatically the implementation of the modules of reverse engineering based on this method, feature recognition and CAD model reconstruction. Especially new algorithms for finding the dominent points on digital curve and fitting the curve are presented in the process of feautre recognition. It is pointed out that skillfully blending conventional design and Reverse Engineering(RE) tends to make RE be more practicle.
