摘要
目的 :探讨白介素 1β(IL 1β)、肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF α)与血脂的关系及其在冠心病 (CHD)发病机制中的作用。方法 :对 6 4例患者行冠状动脉造影 ,其中CHD组 33例 ,非CHD组 31例。测定两组血清中总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯 (TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇 (HDL C) ,IL 1β和TNF α。 结果 :CHD组血TC、TG、IL 1β、TNF α显著高于非CHD组 (P <0 .0 1) ,而HDL C显著低于非CHD(P <0 .0 1) ;CHD组TNF α与TC呈显著正相关 (r =0 .86 2 ,P <0 .0 1) ,非CHD组TNF α与TC不相关。结论 :IL 1β、TNF α与血脂异常之间存在一定联系 ,三者可能均参与了CHD发生。
Objective:To investigate the correlation and its significance among the serum interleukin-1βand tumor necrosis factor-alpha (TNF-α) dislipidemia in patient with coronary heart disease (CHD).Methods:Sixty-four cases by diagnostic coronary angiography were divided into two groups: those who had >50% luminal stenosis in one or more coronary arteries (CHD group) and those who <50% stenosis (NCHD group). We measured their levels of total cholesterol(TC,CHOH-PAP assay),triglyceride (TG,CPO-PAP assay),High density lipoprotein-c (HDL-C,PTA-Mg2+assay),IL-1β and TNFα (radioimmunoassay).Results:In patients with CHD, the serum TC,TG,IL-1βand TNFα were all significantly higher than those in control groups (all P< 0.01). The rate of hyperlipidemia in CHD was significantly higher than that in the control, and TNFαwas significantly overrepresented in CHD (100% vs o%). A significantly positive correlation was found between the serum TC and TNFα (r= 0.862,P< 0.01).Conclusion:The high levels of TNFα,IL-1β,TC and TG, and the low level of HDL-C may play important roles in leading to the pathogenesis of CHD, and there are intrinsic correlation among these changes.
