摘要
黄芩种子在高温、高湿模拟条件下人工加速老化1~5d,随着老化时间的延长,其生活力和活力指标均发生明显变化。老化5d后,种子丧失活力,发芽率为0。在老化过程中,电导率随老化程度的增大而呈平行关系;超氧化物歧化酶、过氧化物酶的活性随种子老化程度的增加呈规律性下降,丙二醛含量随老化程度的增加而增加。
The seeds of Soutellaria baicalensis was exposed to the artificial accelerated aging under 40℃ and 100% relative humidity for 1~5 days. Significant viability and vigor changes were found in the seeds with the extension of accelerated aging time. After 5 days, vigor was determined, the germination percentage declined to 0. In the process of the accelerated aging,electroconductivity appeared to be the paralleled relation with aging degree increases, and the activities of SOD and POD decreased regularly, the content of MDA increased.
