摘要
采用基本培养基MS,补加不同浓度的6-BA(6-苄基氨基嘌呤)、KT(激动素)、ZT(玉米素)、IBA(吲哚丁酸)、IAA(吲哚乙酸)、GA3(赤霉素),筛选出适合扁桃茎尖及茎段分化、增殖、生根的最佳培养基,总结出扁桃试管苗移栽的正确方法,为扁桃产业化发展奠定优质种苗基础。
By using the basic culture medium added with 6-BA,KT,ZT,IBA,IAA and GA3 at various concentrations,the fittest culture mediums for the differentiation of shoot and stem,propagation and rooting of Amygdalus communis ware found out. And a proper method of plantlets transplanting was put forward.
