摘要
针对杯形件温挤生产中挤压凸模寿命过低这一问题 ,从分析导致该问题的主要因素入手 ,对现行工艺中挤压凸模的润滑方式进行了改进 ,并对改进方式进行了计算机模拟分析和实验验证。结果表明 :采用改进润滑方式后 ,挤压力约降低 30 % ,挤压凸模的温升下降 15 %左右 ,从而有效地改善了凸模的工作条件 。
Be aimed at the poor working life of warm extrusion punch in producing cup-shaped parts, the main reasons of the question were analyzed and a new kind of lubrication regime was put forward in this paper. Then the method was analyzed by computer simulation and experiment. Results show: the new lubrication method can reduce extruding force about 30% and the punch temperature some 15%, which can effectively improve the working condition and life of warm extrusion punch.
