基于SOLID EDGE和EXCEL的夹具元件三维变量化设计

摘要 种类繁多的夹具元件经标准化后其尺寸变量大多是成组变化的,因此我们在SolidEdge环境下建立各种夹具元件的三维实体模型,然后用Excel对其成组变化的尺寸参数制成电子表格并通过ExcelVBA编写应用程序,选中一组尺寸变量后由程序驱动SolidEdge零件模型生成设计者所需的夹具元件,从而达到夹具元件自动化设计的目的,为并行工程和后续的CAX提供实体模型,以驱动夹具生命周期的全过程。 The size variation of standardized jig parts usually changes in groups so, threedimensional entity models for various jig parts are set up in solid edge. Size variations in groups are filled in Excel form and applicable program is made with Excel VBA. After one group of size variation is selected, the program drives the part model in Solid Edge to generate the jig part which is needed by the designer so that jig parts can be designed automatically. It also provide entity model for concurrent engineering and CAX so as to drive the whole process of jig parts in their service time.
