摘要
应用弹塑性分析方法,对一般压缩弹簧的工艺条件,建立了有芯常温卷制螺旋弹簧加工的合理力学模型,导出了弹簧直径和螺旋升角在卷制过程中卸载回弹量的计算公式。
With elasticplastic analysis, a reasonable mechanic model is set up for spiral springs with normal temperature for normal press spring process, which results in the formula for calculating the unloadingresilience of spring diameter and spiral angle in coiling process.
