摘要
微波干介质反应是一门新兴的绿色化学合成技术 ,已成功地应用于多种有机反应。运用微波干介质反应技术进行一步法或多组分反应研究是当前库合成的研究热点。无溶剂反应具有成本低、操作简便、选择性好等优点 ,是绿色化学的重要研究方向之一。本文主要介绍了官能团的转化、氧化、还原、杂环化合物的合成、缩合及多组分反应等微波干介质反应。
Dry media reactions under microwaves is an efficient way toward \!green chemistry\'. A variety of organic reactions are presented in this article including conversion of function group, the efficient one\|pot synthesis of heterocyclic molecules, oxidation, reduction, condensation. The nonsolvent reactions are not only environmental\|friend, low cost, ready operation and high selectivity, but also of safety. The application of dry media reactions using microwaves to multicomponent reactions that can be adapted for high\|speed parallel synthesis of the library is also highlighted.
