摘要
通过酰氯端基聚醚酮酮 (PEKK)低聚物和 4,4′ 双 ( β 萘氧基 )二苯砜 (BNODPS)的溶液缩聚反应 ,制备了不同BNODPS含量的PEKK BNODPS多嵌段共聚物系列样品。用IR、DSC、TGA、WAXD等方法对共聚物进行了表征和性能测试。结果表明 ,随着共聚物中BNODPS含量的增加其玻璃化转变温度(Tg)逐渐升高 ,而其熔融温度 (Tm)则逐渐降低。与对苯基PEKK相比 ,共聚物具有较高的Tg 和较低的Tm 。
A series of multiblock copolymers composed of polyether ketone ketone(PEKK) and 4,4′ bis ( β naphthoxy)diphenylsulfone(BNODPS) were synthesized by polycondensation of acyl chloride\|terminated PEKK oligomers and 4,4′ bis ( β naphthoxy)diphenylsulfone. The copolymers were characterized by IR, DSC, TGA, WAXD etc. The results indicate that the T g of the copolymers increases with increasing BNODPS content and the T m of the copolymers decreases with increasing BNODPS content. Compared with the para\|linked pure PEKK, the copolymers have higher T g and lower T m. The PEKK/BNODPS multiblock copolymers have very good thermal property and chemical resistant property.
