摘要
报道了新显色剂异丙肾上腺素与MnO-4进行显色反应的最佳条件、灵敏度、选择性和界限比。建立了微量MnO-4的简便检定新方法 ,检出限量为 0 0 8μg ,稀释限为 1∶3 8× 1 0 6。实验结果表明 ,在pH =9 91的缓冲溶液中 ,最大吸收波长 483 6nm处 ,MnO-4浓度在 1 0~ 5 0 μg 1 0mL范围内服从比耳定律 ,表观摩尔吸光系数为 1 8× 1 0 5。
In this paper, the optimum conditions, sensitivity, selectivity and limitation ratio of color reaction of isoprenalinum with MnO - 4 are reported. A new convenient detection method of MnO - 4 was suggested, and the detect limit is 0 08μg and the dilute limit is 1∶3 8×10 6. The color reaction in buffer solution(pH=9 91) was studied. The result showed that the apparent molar absorption is 1 8×10 5, at the maximum absorption wave length of 483 6nm. Berr's law is obeyed in the concentration range of MnO - 4 between 1 0~5 0μg/10mL.
